Welcome to the 91Leads Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement between your business ("Client," "Customer," or "you") and 91Leads CRM ("91Leads," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our customer relationship management platform and related services.

Important: This is a B2B service agreement. By signing up for our services, you represent that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business organization.

1. Agreement Overview

B2B Service Agreement

91Leads provides business-to-business CRM services exclusively to commercial entities. This agreement governs:

  • Access to and use of the 91Leads CRM platform
  • Data processing and storage services
  • Technical support and maintenance
  • Any additional services we may provide

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our platform, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Contract Formation

This agreement becomes effective upon account activation and remains in force until terminated according to the provisions outlined herein.

2. Service Description

91Leads provides a cloud-based customer relationship management platform designed for businesses to manage their leads, customers, and sales processes.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue features with reasonable notice to clients. Critical changes affecting core functionality will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

3. Account Registration & Access

Business Registration Requirements

  • Valid business entity with legal authorization
  • Accurate company and contact information
  • Authorized representative agreement
  • Compliance with applicable business laws

Account Security

  • Secure password requirements
  • Multi-factor authentication (recommended)
  • Regular access review and updates
  • Immediate reporting of security incidents

Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. This includes actions by your employees, agents, or any third parties you authorize to access the platform. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

4. Usage Rights & Restrictions

Permitted Uses

Fair Usage Policy

Our services are designed for normal business use. Excessive usage that impacts system performance may be subject to additional charges or usage limitations.

Data Storage: Reasonable business data volumes
API Calls: Standard business automation limits
User Access: Legitimate business users only

5. Data Ownership & Security

Maintenance & Updates

  • • Notification as soon as reasonably possible
  • • Minimized disruption to services

7. Payment Terms & Billing

Subscription Plans

  • • Monthly: ₹399 per user per month
  • • Quarterly: ₹299 per user per month (billed quarterly)
  • • Yearly: ₹199 per user per month (billed annually)
  • • Enterprise plans available for larger teams

Billing Terms

  • • Automatic billing on subscription renewal
  • • Payment due within 30 days of invoice
  • • Late payment fees may apply
  • • Annual plans offer significant savings

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our services. Our refund policy includes:

Trial Period:

Free trial available to evaluate our services

Service Issues:

Prorated refunds for extended service outages

Cancellation:

No refund for partial months, service continues until period end

Price Changes

We may adjust pricing with 60 days' written notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at current rates until the next renewal period.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

91Leads IP Rights

We retain all rights to our platform, including:

  • • Software code and algorithms
  • • User interface and design
  • • Trademarks and branding
  • • Documentation and materials
  • • Patents and trade secrets

Your IP Rights

You retain all rights to your content and data:

  • • Customer and lead data
  • • Business processes and workflows
  • • Custom fields and configurations
  • • Reports and analytics generated
  • • Any content you upload

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform during your subscription period. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our software.

9. Limitations of Liability & Disclaimers

Service Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

  • • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • • Complete security or data protection
  • • Compatibility with all systems
  • • Specific business results or outcomes
  • • Third-party integrations or services

Liability Limitations

Our total liability is limited to:

  • • Amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • • Direct damages only (no indirect, consequential, or punitive damages)
  • • Reasonable mitigation efforts required

Mutual Indemnification

Each party agrees to indemnify the other for:

  • • Breach of this agreement
  • • Violation of applicable laws
  • • Infringement of third-party rights

10. Termination & Account Closure

Termination by You

  • • Cancel subscription at any time
  • • Access continues until end of billing period
  • • Data export available for 30 days post-termination
  • • No refund for unused portion of billing period

Termination by 91Leads

  • • 30 days' notice for convenience termination
  • • Immediate termination for material breach
  • • Non-payment after 30-day grace period
  • • Violation of usage terms or applicable laws

Post-Termination Data Handling

Data Export:

30-day window to export your data in standard formats

Data Retention:

Your data will be securely deleted after 90 days unless required for legal purposes

Account Recovery:

Reactivation possible within 30 days (subject to payment of outstanding amounts)

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through:

Good faith negotiation and mediation

Legal Proceedings:

Courts of competent jurisdiction in India
